Adnan Saeed
Founder and Managing Director
Adnan Saeed founded A-Z Maschinenwelt in 2011. With his entrepreneurial vision, he developed the company from a start-up to a leading provider in the machinery trade. The milestones include the first company liquidation in 2017 and the transformation to a GmbH in 2025
His focus is on machine valuation and customer support to achieve the best market value for machines and build long-term customer relationships
Thomas Reichelt
Managing Director
Thomas Reichelt has been part of the management since January 2025. With over a decade of experience in machine trading and an academic background in business psychology (B.Sc.) and digital management & business consulting (M.Sc.), he drives the company’s digitalization and increased efficiency. His other qualifications include a Greenbelt in Lean Six Sigma (2023, Mercer University, Atlanta).
His focus is on process optimization and project management in order to simplify processes and make the sale of machines more efficient – for faster and more transparent processing to the benefit of our customers.
But the success of A-Z Maschinenwelt is of course supported by much more than just the management.
Our team consists of around 20 highly qualified employees who work hand in hand in various areas to meet your requirements. These include experienced dismantlers, logistics experts, office staff and specialists in the areas of marketing, accounting and project management. When working with us, you not only benefit from a competent internal team, but also from external consultants who support us in strategic decisions, marketing and corporate development. Each individual in our team contributes their individual strengths and contributes significantly to our success. Our shared values – precision, efficiency, reliability, creativity and innovative strength – are the basis on which we implement your projects successfully and sustainably.
